Food and Healing Resources

Naturopathic Doctor Linda Roderigues spoke at the library recently on the importance of food in achieving and maintaining good health.  She provided participants with a list of resources for further learning and also several of the recipes she uses to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Dr. Roderigues has graciously allowed the library to post this information on the website for anyone to read and use.
