Homeschoolers are invited to join the Tween Book Club which takes place the 2nd Monday of the month from 2-3PM in the Junior Room at the library. This month’s read is the Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O’Dell. This classic Newbery Award Medal winning novel tells the story of a young native american girl on and Island in the 19th century. Learn about the author, native american history and the California coast as we discuss the book, enjoy snacks and share our love of reading.
Calling all Monster Fans: It's the monthly Monster Squad Club! Each month, the Monster Squad investigates and learns about a different monster. Snacks and crafts too.
It's a craft explosion. Drop in at the library as we spend an afternoon crafting crazy. There will be a smorgasboard of crafts available. Let's have fun.
Board Game Bonanza is back for Vacation Week. Join us as we play games from the Library collection of fun games. Uno, Scrabble, Clue, Backgammon, Sorry, Chinese Checkers, and many others. Snacks provided. Board games are fantastic family fun.
It's that time of year when the birds and butterflies are back. We will make a natural bird feeder as part of a our April Vacation Week activites. After that we will work on a bird and butterfly mobile. Let's feed the birds.

Join in this activity that shows how to use locally grown food in recipes that help with understanding nutrition and how eating locally can help with the environment and health. Children will be making a strawberry salad, fruit salad and healthy smoothies. Space is limited, so sign up today.
