The Friends of the Library are a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the Swansea Public Library's services to its patrons and encouraging community use of the library. Funded by annual dues and fundraising activities, the Friends support programs for all ages and provide materials and equipment not covered by the annual operating budget.

Join staff from Mass Audubon's Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary as we explore the wildlife around the Swansea area. The program starts with a talk and activities, then we will explore the Village Park Trails behind the Library.
